Join us for a virtual exploration of Modern Flexitarian by DK Publishing. Throughout the month of April, send in pictures of your dishes created with recipes from the book and a small description of your cooking process, how you felt about the recipe, and/or your thoughts on the book. Copies of the book are available to check out at the main circulation desk.
