Special STEM Event: the Solar Eclipse

Saturday, March 302:00—3:00 PMLecture HallDover Public Library73 Locust St., Dover, NH, 03820

Join us on Saturday, March 30th for a special STEM event to celebrate the Solar Eclipse of 2024.  We will gather in the library to discover, learn, and explore the eclipse phenomena through fun science and math experiments. All ages are welcome.

The total Solar Eclipse takes place on April 8, 2024 beginning at about 2pm. In the United States we will not see another eclipse of the sun for 2o years, on August 23, 2044. So, grab some eclipse glasses, gather the family, and look to the skies on April 8th.  (and stay tuned for further details on how Dover Public Library will be hosting our own Eclipse party!)
