Jackson Kaspari, Resilience Manager/City Planner for Dover will be here to talk about the Resilient Dover plan,  resources and updates pertaining to the City's commitment to become a more resilient community.

Municipalities around the globe are acting at the local level to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prepare their communities for forthcoming climate change impacts. This session is a case study on how Dover, New Hampshire is approaching these issues and leveraging statewide partnerships on its path to become a more resilient community. The presentation focus will be placed on the following:

· The development and implementation of Dover’s Citywide Resilience Plan

· The launch of Dover’s Community Power program through the Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire

· Municipal partnerships with electric utilities

· Additional examples of municipal resiliency projects and a look towards the future
