You can choose what works best for your child, phone or computer and schedule reading time for your child to keep practicing their reading skills this summer! You can pick from any title we have on Hoopla so a librarian can read along with them easily.  When you register you will get a specific time slot and we will try to accommodate what works best for you. This program is for early readers working on their ability and fluency with reading aloud.  Suitable for incoming Kindergarteners through 2nd grade but we are open to all ages and abilities!

“Biscuit Loves The Library” by Alyssa Satin Capucilli , “Fancy Nancy Best Reading Buddies” by Jane O’Connor, “Curious George Makes Pancakes” by Margaret and H.A. Rey, “Curious George and the Pizza Party” by Margaret and H.A. Rey, “Pete the Cat and The Perfect Pizza Party” by Kimberly and James Dean, “Pete the Kitty and The Groovy Playdate” by Kimberly and James Dean

All these titles are available on Hoopla.

Each book read will go towards our goal of reading 3000 books this summer, any personal goal for our Summer Reading Program and 1000 Books Before Kindergarten (If applicable).
