Join us for a tour of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard by Shipyard Historian and Museum Director Joe Gluckert!

The tour begins promptly at 9:30 AM and will last around 2 1/2 hours. Tour attendees must provide their own transportation and will park at the Kittery Lions' Club on State Road. From there they be transported over to the Shipyard via Navy bus. Guests attending this tour will need to be able to get on and off the Navy bus independently as well as able to climb a couple of flights of stairs. Visitors are also required to provide a valid, government-issued ID the day of the visit.

As a secure Navy installation, background checks must be done for each visitor to the shipyard. All guests MUST provide their name, age, and address a week prior to the tour. No last minute accommodations can be made. Citizenship status must also be checked and any foreign nationals will need to supply additional information no less than two weeks prior to the visit.

Tours are limited to 30 people. Please do not sign up unless you are 100% sure you will be able to attend. Thank you!
