New Year! New you! Try this free meditation series to learn how to be more relaxed and mindful. The Lift Method, created by Dover resident, Thomas McGreavey, is an enhancement to traditional mindfulness meditation that can soothe anxiety and ease the flight/fight/freeze response on the spot. The Lift can produce a head high sensation similar to a runner’s high. With practice, some can conjure up the Lift discreetly on demand, even in the middle of high stress situations. Practitioners have described the Lift as life changing! This class is being offered over 6 sessions. Come to as many as you'd like.
