Do you have what it takes to win Chopped? The Library is sponsoring our own Chopped competition. Compete in one of three categories; Adult, Teen, or Family.  What can you create in 60 minutes using the four ingredients in the mystery basket as well as items in your pantry and fridge? Prizes will be awarded in each of the three categories for Creativity and Presentation. There will also be a random drawing for everyone who participates.

Mystery boxes will be available while supplies last in the Children's Room beginning on Tuesday, February 2 at 9:00 am. Photos of all entries must be received by Monday, February 8 at 9:00 am. 

As extra incentive to make an impressive dish, Dover's own Chopped champion Chef Evan Hennessey will be judging the Adult division!

When your main dish is complete, take a photo and send it along with a simple recipe and comments on how your dish tasted to p.falconer@dover.nh.gov. We would also love to see some video of you in action! Good luck, have fun, and remember, if your dish doesn't cut it, you will be Chopped!
