Kids in grades 1-6 are invited to a free community safety lesson with Karate International! In this class we will talk about being an Upstander against Bullying. We will cover tips and tricks for kids and teens on steps to take if they notice someone being bullied. This session is primarily focused on verbal de-escalation and confidence building along with very basic postures and techniques found in martial arts training.
