What to expect from the community yoga classes at Dover Public Library - Yoga sessions at the library will be designed in a way that should be accessible to all levels. It is a great opportunity for beginners to give yoga a try in a safe, welcoming environment and for experienced individuals to find a new place to continue their growth. Class will typically start by connecting to the breath, followed by warming up the body with some stretching and mobility before transitioning into vinyasa flows. Class will end with stretching and working our way into the final resting pose. Plan to bring your own mat and any props of preference.

About Bridget - Bridget lives in Dover with her husband, two kids, dog, cats & chickens. She is a full time CPA who fell in love with group fitness as a way to stay healthy, make connections, and get rid of some stress! She now teaches online fitness, live over zoom. Classes include yoga, Zumba, strength, and cardio. Bridget's philosophy around fitness is to find something that makes you smile and helps you feel supported so that you look forward to showing up and continuing healthy habits.
